This precentor of African architecture was formerly President of the African Union of Architects. Senegalese by nationality, he is promotor and initiator of AFRICABAT ( A forum of professionals in the building and public works Business). During his rich and laudable career, ATEPA and his consultancy (which bears the same name), were greatly admired by many African Heads of State, whose housing and urbanisation policies he helped to shape.
